This policy explains how Kindmade Studio Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit kindmade.co or use our apps, including Rega and Nola. Some apps may have their own privacy notice with more detail. Where they do, that notice applies alongside this one.

This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
Our apps
Depending on the app and the features you use, we may process:
- Account details you give us, such as your name or email address.
- The content you write or say in the app, so the app can respond to you.
- Purchase and subscription status, which is handled by the app store you use.
- Basic technical information, such as device type and app version, to keep the app working and fix problems.
Some of this information can relate to your mental health or wellbeing. We treat it as sensitive, use it only to provide the service you asked for, and protect it with appropriate security measures.
Your conversations and AI
Conversations in our apps are not used to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Not a crisis service
Our apps offer support, not medical care, and they are not an emergency service. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact your local emergency number.
Children
Our apps are not intended for children under the age set out in each app store listing, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
